It has been awhile, and my creative mind keeps on churning! Art as life, life as art. Every February I like to put together a vision board, and I collect little pictures and add them to the pile until I'm ready. Over the last couple days, and appropriately during eclipse season, I birthed this vision... and it is so colourful, vibrant and playful. I love it! There is a strong thread of Yoga, health, adventure, mindfulness, owls, gardening... I'm very excited to see what the year ahead will bring.
I also birthed a new website recently: www.yinsideyoga.org Becoming a Yoga Teacher feels like I am finally at home in my career... mixed with Nutrition, it is a perfect balance for me. :-)
